Plan Development
Upon contract signature, AM3 provides a comprehensive project plan to ensure a smooth installation and transition every step of the way. Your AM3 Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) and engineering team will conduct a site survey, to develop a final schedule for implementation. AM3 combines the technical data with management and resident input to design a property specific service solution and resident communication plan. We're here to answer questions, develop options and offer solutions.
Installation
Our AM3 Certified installers are intently focused on customer satisfaction. They work closely with our plan developers to deliver service as promised. On installation day, our staff takes the time to make residents comfortable with their new equipment. We provide a thorough training on the advanced functions of the DIRECTV receiver, and set-up remotes to control both TV and receiver boxes.
