Our executive team has extensive experience in the technology industry with a successful track record, completing diverse projects nationwide in over 35 states.


Scot RedigerScott Rediger, Chief Executive Officer, has been the CEO since AM3's inception in January of 2007. AM3 is a rapidly growing triple-play provider of High Speed Internet, DIRECTV television and Voice Services to multi-tenant residential properties in the Chicago, Georgia, Minneapolis/St Paul, South Florida, Tennessee, Virginia and Washington D.C. markets. Under Scott's leadership, AM3 has grown to over 500 buildings and over 50,000 subscribers.


Scott has extensive experience helping build successful companies that deliver exceptional products. Most recently the Chief Operating Officer of Oak Brook Terrace, Ill.-based CIMCO Communications, Inc., Scott co-founded and developed Ovation Communications - a competitive local exchange carrier business offering facility-based local, long distance, and data services to medium and large sized businesses in the metropolitan areas of Chicago, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Milwaukee and Detroit. After much growth and success in just two years, Ovation Communications was sold to McLeod USA in 1999 for $402 million. After the sale, Scott served as a Senior Vice President of Products and Development for McLeod USA, developing the company's still-strong presence in the Midwest.


Prior to his success with Ovation, Scott worked with MFS Communications, one of the pioneers of the telecommunications revolution, where he held various managerial positions, worked and lived in London assisting with the companies' U.K. launch, and helped develop MFS' entry strategy into Canada. Scott has been actively involved in fund raising activities which has produced $100m debt financing and $100m of equity. Scott also served as an investor and board member of Advocate Networks, an Atlanta-based communication services firm, and held key executive positions as President and Chief Operating Officer of Dantis, a Chicago-based web hosting and managed services firm.



Tim HenryTimothy W. Henry, Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for the financial affairs and acquisition initiatives of the company.


Prior to joining Access Media 3, Tim served as Chief Financial Officer for AGDATA, LP, an information technologies services company serving the US healthcare and US and CN agricultural and animal health industries. During this assignment, Tim directed the accounting, financial reporting, planning and analysis, treasury, risk management, human resources areas and AGDATA’s acquisition and integration activities. Previously, Tim was Vice President of Finance at FairPoint Communications, an acquisitive private equity sponsored rural telecommunications company completing over $575 million in acquisitions from 1998 to 2001 and which efforts concluded in FairPoint’s initial public offering in 2005 raising $462.5 million in gross proceeds. Tim directed FairPoint’s capital markets activities raising approximately $2.5 billion in senior bank and hi-yield debt, in addition to investor, equity and rating agency relations, SEC reporting, treasury and risk management.


Tim has led the tactical and hands on implementation of finance, accounting, treasury, risk management and human resource practices, improving operational performance and financial transparency. In addition, he has directed numerous private and public capital (debt & equity) transactions including an initial public offering, raising capital to fund business growth and equity recapitalization. Tim began his career in agricultural lending after earning his degree from Cornell University. He has an MBA in Finance from the University of Hartford.



Tracy Tracy O. Kerr, CFA, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, is responsible for strategic growth initiatives including acquisitions, joint ventures, and minority investments. She has a combined 18 years of experience in merger and acquisition advisory services and venture capital investing.


Most recently she was a Managing Director at Meritage Funds, a venture capital firm with over $600 million under management. She was recruited in the firm’s development stage to lead all aspects of due diligence on all portfolio company investments. At Meritage, she served on the Investment Committee, represented Meritage at the board level for a number of portfolio companies, and managed a number of limited partner relationships. Prior to Meritage, she was a partner of The Wallach Company, a Denver-based boutique investment bank specializing in merger and acquisitions and private placements of debt and equity. A former licensed Professional Engineer, she worked for five years as a civil engineer after earning her BE from Vanderbilt University. She has an MBA in Finance from the University of Denver and is a CFA charterholder.




George SpenglerGeorge Spengler, Senior Vice President of Operations, will head the company’s wide-ranging customer service and operational agenda, including the company’s call center, project management, and field operations.


George comes to AM3 with extensive experience in telecom industry management. Most recently, he served as Vice President of OSP Network Operations, Power and Environmental Engineering at PAETEC, where he held executive oversight of engineering construction, maintenance, and operation of over 380 telecom switch sites, POP sites and data centers. Prior to the acquisition of McLeodUSA by PAETEC, he was McLeod’s Vice President for Facilities, OSP Construction and Operations. He was recognized in 2009 as an “Industry Thought Leader” by OSP Magazine, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology/Construction Management from Eastern Illinois University.






Vito Caraguilo Vito Caragiulo, Senior Vice President of Technology and Product Development, is responsible for the development and evaluation of all AM3 technologies and network infrastructure, including standardization designs, processes and procedures.


Prior to joining AM3, Vito has held an array of diverse Engineering and Operations leadership roles. Among them, Vito served as VP of Corporate Engineering and Technology for Cablevision Systems, where he managed a large team of ideation and engineering professionals at the dawn of the broadband revolution. Additionally, he served as VP of Engineering and Operations for Cablevision Lightpath, where he directed the day-to-day engineering and operations of Cablevision’s enterprise-centric and fiber-rich competitive local exchange carrier. As VP of Outside Plant, Construction, Rebuild & Design, Vito oversaw Cablevision’s entire CATV physical infrastructure and critical multi-year bandwidth expansion projects to support enhanced services. Most recently, as VP RF and Data Networks, Network Operations & Wi-Fi, he was responsible for the entire Cablevision commercial IP and transport infrastructure, tiers 2 & 3 technical support and designed and managed the largest Wi-Fi deployment in North America. Prior to Cablevision, Vito served as Director of Engineering for Time Warner Cable’s flagship NYC system for several years.


Vito holds an MSEE from Polytechnic University of New York.



Eric WellesEric Welles, Senior Vice President Business Development, is currently head of product management, technical evaluations, and marketing. In this role, Eric is critical to rolling out Access Media 3's product offering, and development of new markets and products.


Eric has been with Access Media 3, Inc. (AM3) since October of 2007, when AM3 acquired the satellite television assets of Tunnel Vision Technology. Under Eric's prior role as Vice President of Sales, AM3 has grown to over 450 buildings and over 44,000 served RGUs. Prior to his time with Tunnel Vision Technology, Eric has held management positions at several CPG companies, including management with Procter and Gamble, category management with Del Monte and national account management with The Guinness Bass Import Company-where he managed the national account team's launch of Smirnoff Ice-which became the most widely distributed product in the company's history. During his twenty year career in packaged goods, Eric has successfully sold every food, drug or mass merchant in the US. Eric has worked with DirecTV for eight years, and he was the sales and operational leader, while at Tunnel Vision Technology. During his tenure there, Tunnel Vision Technology grew its revenues over 300% in two years, and he also helped to propel Tunnel Vision to become one of Lutron's top three shade distributors, nationwide.



Christine KidderChristine C. Kidder, SPHR, Senior Director of Human Resources & Employee Relations, is responsible for all human resources matters including recruitment, employment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and overall strategic management of the Human Resource function.


Christine started her career in financial analysis after receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from DePaul University and passing the Illinois CPA exam. After working in financial analysis and forecasting for a number of years, Christine used this experience to become an accounting/finance recruiter for Fortune 500 companies in the Chicago area. Prior to working for Access Media 3, Ms. Kidder was a Human Resource Manager at A.M. Castle & Co. a +$1 billion international metals distributor headquartered in the Chicago area. In her role at Castle her responsibilities included recruitment, employee relations, labor relations, benefits, training and development, international employment, expatriate assignments, and succession planning. She is a Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR) as designated through the Human Resource Certification Institute(SHRM).
